Uber Greenlight Hubs are in-person support centers that connect Uber drivers to dedicated one-on-ones with company experts. These locations tend to be fairly large, with a handful of staff members prepared to help you with anything from new driver onboarding to demos of Uber Driver app features.

To ensure we can prevent overcrowding and support you safely, please don't visit the Greenlight Hub without booking an appointment. Note: Appointments are limited for the specific issue types set out in the "Book an in-person appointment" section and are not available for Uber Eats.
