I know this is Very specific..but does anyone know if you can, if you’re likely to get away with it, or if there are any loopholes?

There is an application called Air Aware. You install it on yout smart phone, type in an address where you want to fly and it will let you know what you can and can not do at that location. Just keep in mind that you can not fly over people unless you meet certain requirements.

It's part of the National Seashore so no, you're not supposed to fly there. I have a home on Fire Island and you have to be very careful with lots of low flying aircraft - especially military helicopters.
